【摘要】 文章通过珍珠球运动进入高校公共体育课堂的理论分析和访谈调查,指出珍珠球作为我国民族传统体育项目在高校公体课教学中开展是可行的。珍珠球教学不仅顺应了高校体育教学改革发展的需要,为促进我国珍珠球运动的普及与传承具有重要意义,深受学生的欢迎。最后得出结论:珍珠球运动在高校的推广与开展对激发学生的学习兴趣,发展学生的身体素质,培养学生参与体育锻炼的良好习惯都有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article through theoretical analysis and interview survey of the pearl ball movement into college public sports classroom, pointed out that Pearl Ball as China’s traditional national sport in college public teaching is feasible. Pearl Ball teaching not only conforms to the needs of teaching reform and development of sports, to promote the popularity of pearl ball movement and heritage significance, by the students. Final conclusion: to stimulate students ’interest in learning, develop students’ physical fitness, students participate in physical exercise good habits have a positive role in the promotion of pearl ball movement and universities to carry out.更多还原
