【摘要】 我国区域经济依靠外部环境与自身优势共同作用得以发展已成为共识。但是,目前的区域经济发展越来越注重保护生态环境。在生态约束条件下,运用"钻石模型"分析区域经济发展模式选择的条件与因素,进而阐明生态约束条件下区域经济发展模式的目标、思路与着力点。提出运用钻石模型,以生态-经济-社会-人-自然协调发展为主线,技术资本、智力资本、人力资本和自然资本为核心生产要素,培育没有污染与大量资源消耗的生态产业经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 There has been a worldwide consensus that regional economy in china develop by external environment and its own advantages. However, the current regional economic development focus on protection of the ecological environment. In this paper, the conditions and factors of regional economic development are analyzed by using the model of "Diamond Model", and then, the target, the path and the focal point of the regional economic development model are clarified. This paper puts forward the use of diamond model to develop ecological economy which is economy and ecology, society and environment, people, society and natural progressing and coordinating the evolution in which technological capital, human capital and natural capital as the core factors of production.更多还原
