肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在肿瘤微环境中的相互作用研究进展
Interaction between tumor-associated macrophages and tumor microenvironment
【摘要】 在大多数恶性肿瘤中,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)作为肿瘤微环境的重要组成成分,可被肿瘤微环境中特异性信号因子所调控,且参与肿瘤细胞发生、发展、浸润及转移的整个过程。本文就TAMs的起源分化、TAMs与肿瘤微环境的相互作用及机制、基于TAMs的肿瘤治疗进展进行综述,以期为肿瘤患者的临床治疗及预后提供新的理论基础与思路。
【Abstract】 AS the key components of the tumor microenvironment, tumor associated macrophages( TAMs) can be regulated by tumorderived signals and have been linked with neoplastic cell growth, progression, metastasis in most malignant tumors. In this review, we outlinet the origin and differentiation of macrophages, and the mechanism between TAMs and tumor microenvironment as well as TAM-targeting therapy. This paper provide new ideas and theoretical basis for treatment and prognosis of cancer patients.
