【摘要】 〔目的〕探讨化栓通脉丸对血脂的影响。〔方法〕选取我院门诊血脂异常患者172例作为研究对象,随机分为化栓通脉丸治疗组(86例)及对照组(86例);分别于治疗前、治疗后12个月测定血脂并观察终点事件发生率。〔结果〕治疗组治疗12个月后血胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LGL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)明显升高(P<0.05)。对照组各项指标在12个月观察期内无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组终点事件发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。〔结论〕化栓通脉丸及荷丹片治疗能够干预并降低血脂水平,降低心脑血管终点事件的发病率和病死率。更多还原
