通道式集装箱自动加药集成系统的研发

【摘要】 目的为了有效提升口岸硫酰氟卫生处理的精确度和可追溯性,研发一种加药集成管理系统。方法重量差法。结果利用自动控制原理,实现自动投药、状态实时指示、系统自动启停等,辅之投药记录数据库系统,能够实现以集装箱箱号为关键字的存储、查询,能够方便查询集装箱的投药时间、投药量、投药时的照片或者视频信息,实现投药控制的可追溯性,提高监管的有效性。

【Abstract】 Objective This article researches and develops an integrated management system of dosing, in order to raise the precision and traceability of sanitization by sulfuryl fluoride at ports effectively. Methods Weight measurement method is used. Results Automatic control theory is used to achieve automatic dosing, real-time status indication, switching on and off the system automatically etc. With the dosing data recording system as auxiliary, a storage and inquiry system which uses containers’ numbers as the key words will come true.Time, weight, pictures and videos of dosing will be inquired conveniently through the system. The dosing traceability will be permitted and the effectiveness of sanitization supervision will be promoted.
