【摘要】 目的加强口岸出入境特殊物品检疫监管工作。方法通过对2015年山东口岸出入境特殊物品检疫监管情况分析,找出旅邮检口岸非法入境、未实施严格保护措施运送、使用人无相应法律资质的问题。结果阐述了进一步加强业务培训和宣传教育、加强信息互通与联合查验工作机制、明确特殊物品种类以及加大行政处罚力度的检疫监管对策。结论加强口岸出入境特殊物品检疫监管情况的分析和研究,对于进一步提高检验检疫技术执法有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article aims to strengthen health quarantine of special goods at frontier airport.Methods This paper tries to find problems by analyzing the health quarantine of special goods at Shandong frontier port in 2015, including: illegal carrying and post, transportation without strict protection measures, users without the legal qualification. Results This paper suggests countermeasures to the health quarantine and supervision, including: strengthening business training and publicity, strengthening information exchange and joint inspection mechanism, strengthening specific types of special goods, and strengthening the intensity of administrative punishment.
