【摘要】 目的通过对首次检出的典型病例处置程序的分析,总结经验,发现存在的问题,为进一步探讨科学合理的涉外医学突发事件处置标准提供依据。方法回顾移民体检工作中首次出现的病例,总结分析其诊断及处置过程,发现并讨论处理过程中出现的问题。结果广东国际旅行卫生保健中心医务工作人员正确诊断妥善处置,有效防止了传染病的跨境传播。结论制订科学合理有针对性的涉外医学突发事件处置标准,加强突发事件应对能力,切实保障国门安全,是我们进一步工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article analyzes the procedure dealing with the typical case which is found in our center for the first time. Find existing problems during the process and summarize experience. The purpose is to provide reference for further investigating more reasonable and more scientific standard of dealing with foreign medical outburst events. Methods This article reviews the case occurred first time during physical examination for immigration,analyzes the procedure of diagnosis and disposition,finds the problems existing during the procedure and discusses them. Results The case is diagnosed correctly and treated properly by medical staff of Guangdong International Travel Healthcare Center. The transnational transmission of the infectious disease is prevented effectively.Conclusion These are focal points of our future work to work out a standard to deal with foreign medical outburst events scientifically and reasonably,to enhance coping capacity to outburst circumstances,and to ensure safety of our country practically.更多还原
