【摘要】 目的优选垂盆草颗粒水提工艺。方法应用HPLC和正交试验,以垂盆草颗粒中君药垂盆草的主要成分活性成分槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素三种黄酮成分总含量提出量、全方收膏率的综合评分为考察指标,以提取时间、提取次数、加水量3个因素设计L₉（3⁴）正交试验优选垂盆草颗粒水提工艺。结果最佳水提工艺为加10倍量水回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定可靠,可用于垂盆草颗粒的生产制备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize water reflux extraction technology of Sedum sarmentosum granules. Methods By using the HPLC and orthogonal experiment, with the content of uercetin, kaempferide and isorhamnetin and dry ointment yield rate as the observed index.And taking extraction time, extraction times,and amount of water added as the factors. L₉（3⁴） orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction technology of Sedum sarmentosum granules. Results The optimal technology was to add water with an amount 10 times as much as that of drugs and to conduct extraction twice,1 h for each. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and reliable, and can be used for the extraction of Sedum sarmentosum granules.更多还原
