【摘要】 目的观察右归丸治疗脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法将60例脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者随机分为治疗组和安慰剂组,每组30例。治疗组采用右归丸治疗,安慰剂组采用安慰剂治疗,疗程均为16周。治疗结束后,观察两组临床疗效、Kupperman评分、相关激素（E₂、FSH、LH）水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,安慰剂组总有效率为3.33%,治疗组显著优于安慰剂组（P<0.01）;治疗前后治疗组患者的Kupperman评分、相关激素水平均有显著性改善（P<0.01）;安慰剂组患者Kupperman评分、相关激素水平均无显著性变化（P>0.05）,治疗组显著优于安慰剂组（P<0.01）。结论右归丸治疗脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状及相关激素水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of clinical therapeutic effect of Yougui Pill in the treatment of premature ovary failure（POF） of spleen and kidney yang-deficency. Methods 60 patients with POF of Spleen and Kidney yang-deficency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the placebo group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yougui Pill, the patients in the placebo group were treated with the placebo, 16 weeks as a course of treatment. To observe the clinical therapeutic effect, the Kupperman grade and the level of hormone（E₂、FSH、LH） in both groups. Results The total efficacy rate of treatment group was 90.00%,the total efficacy rate of placebo group was 3.33%.The total efficacy rate of treatment group were significantly higher than the placebo group（P<0.01）; There were the significant betterments in the Kupperman grade and the level of hormone（E2、FSH、LH） in the treatment group, but the placebo group didn’t have the significant betterments. The betterments of treatment group were significantly higher than the placebo group（P<0.01）. Conclusion Yougui Pills have the marked effect to treat the POF of Spleen and Kidney yang-deficency, they can effectively improve the Kupperman grade and the level of hormone（E2、FSH、LH）.更多还原
