【摘要】 目的了解我院中药注射剂使用情况,对住院医嘱中药注射剂临床应用进行专项点评,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2014年1~12月中药注射剂使用数量进行排名分析。采用回顾性研究的方法,随机抽取2014年1~12月住院医嘱含中药注射剂的病例进行点评,不合理处方进行分析。结果我院中药注射剂主要应用于心脑血管、呼吸系统及抗肿瘤等领域。2014年中药注射剂使用量排名前10位中,活血化瘀类药最多,占69.5%。抽查病历中,中药注射剂使用比例18.3%,不合理使用比例39.0%,主要表现为超适应症用药、稀释溶媒及给药浓度不恰当、混合配伍有禁忌、联合用药不恰当。结论我院中药注射剂临床应用广泛,不合理使用比例高,应加强监管,确保临床使用安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical use and make special prescription comment on traditional Chinese medicine injections(TCMI). Methods The usage of TCMI was ranking analyzed from January to December in 2014. Adopt the method of retrospective study, medical cases using TCMI from January to December in 2014 were randomly selected,and the unreasonable prescriptions were statistically analyzed. Results TCMI in our hospital were mainly used in cardiovascular, respiratory and tumor field. The most commonly used in the top 10 was TCMI for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis with the use rate of 69.5%. In the medical cases the usage of TCMI was 18.3%, unreasonable prescription accounted for 39.0%. It mainly displayed on offlabel use, concentration and solvent,combination, hybrid compatibility. Conclusion The TCMI were commonly used in our hospital and the unreasonable use rate was high, efforts should be taken to tighten control on the rational use so as to ensure safe and effective use of TCMI.更多还原
