【Abstract】 Improper ranking of search engine may cause damage to paid consumers and free users. Unfairly preferences its own content on search results may harm competition. Search neutrality, which comes from network Neutrality, need more cautious in the application. Using tying theory in Anti-monopoly Law will be more suitable to regulate the improper ranking behavior of search engine. When the damage is not obvious, it does not need to be regulated by Competition Law.更多还原
