【摘要】 目的探讨miR-139-5p和miR-210联合检测在子痫前期的早期诊断价值。方法选择PE患者30例为PE组,正常产妇30例为N组,正常未孕女性30例为Z组,分别采用实时荧光定量-逆转录聚合酶链反应技术联合检测其血清中miR-139-5p和miR-210的表达量,并用ROC曲线分析miR-139-5p、miR-210及两者联合检测对PE的诊断效能。结果PE组miR-139-5p和miR-210的相对表达量显著高于N组和Z组(P均<0.05),miR-139-5P、miR-210及两者联合检测所得曲线下面积分别为0.709、0.733、0.771。结论 miR-139-5p和miR-210联合检测对PE早期诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early diagnostic value of combined detection of miR- 139- 5p and miR- 210 on patients with PE. Methods 30 patients with PE were chosen as PE group,30 cases of normal parturiens as N group,30 cases of non-pregnant women as Z group,and the expression of miR-139-5p and miR-210 in serum of the three groups were examined by quantities reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( PCR),and ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of miR-139-5P,miR210 and combined detection of miR-139-5p and miR-210 in PE. Results The quantities of expression on miR-139-5p and miR-210 of the PE group are significantly higher than those of the N and Z group,and ROC curve revealed that the areas under the ROC curve of miR-139-5P,miR-210 and combined detection of miR-139-5p and miR-210 for the diagnosis of PE were 0. 709,0. 733 and 0. 771 respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of miR-139-5p and miR-210 is of great value in the early diagnosis of PE.更多还原
