【摘要】 目的分析丹阳市2012—2014年高血压高危人群筛查情况,为进一步改善国家基本公共卫生服务提供必要的理论依据。方法 2012—2014年对丹阳市12个乡镇18~64周岁常住居民进行筛查(测量血压、腰围、吸烟情况等),采用χ2检验分析不同年份、性别、乡镇经济水平、乡镇类型的高血压高危人群比例,同时采用病例对照研究的方法探讨高血压高危人群的危险因素。结果 2013年高血压高危人群比例最高,2012年高血压高危人群比例最低,2014年较2013高血压高危人群比例又有下降的趋势,2013、2014年高血压高危人群在男女分布上维持在一个稳定的态势,经济欠发达的乡镇与经济中等、经济较发达的乡镇高血压人群比例差异均有统计学意义,经济中等、经济较发达的乡镇高血压人群比例差异无统计学意义,乡镇的高血压高危人群高于城镇,吸烟、腰围超标为高血压高危人群的危险因素。结论通过高血压高危人群的筛查,可及时发现高血压的高危人群,吸烟、腰围超标为高血压高危人群的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the screening results of high-risk group of hypertension in Danyang City from 2012 to 2014 and to provide the necessary theoretical basis for further improving the basic public health service in the country. Methods From 2012 to2014,18 to 64 years old permanent residents of 12 towns in Danyang were screened.( Measuring blood pressure,waistline,smoking status,and so on). The proportion of high- risk group of hypertension,of different years,genders,economic levels and township types,was analyzed according to χ2test. Meanwhile,the risk factors of high-risk group of hypertension were discussed based on case control study. Results In 2013,the proportion of high-risk group of hypertension reaches the highest while the lowest was in 2012.Compared with 2013,the proportion of high-risk group of hypertension declined in 2014. In 2013 and 2014,the number of high-risk group of hypertension stayed at a stable level in the distribution of men and women. The difference in the proportion among underdeveloped,moderate and developed townships is significant in statistics. There was significant difference between moderate and developed townships. The proportion of high-risk group of hypertension in towns is higher than that in cities. Smoking and excessive waistline are the risk factors of high- risk group of hypertension. Conclusion High- risk population of hypertension could be detected in time through screening. Smoking and excessive waistline are risk factors of high-risk group of hypertension.更多还原
