【摘要】 封髓丹始见于元《御药院方》,早期医家多用封髓丹治疗阴虚火旺证,至清代郑钦安始提出封髓丹善治阳虚上浮所致的虚火上冲证,扩充了封髓丹的功用和主治。临床中,阴虚和阳虚均可导致虚阳上浮。封髓丹药性平和,经适当加减能通治阴虚、阳虚、阴阳两虚引起的虚火上冲证。阴虚所致虚火上冲证用封髓丹滋阴降火可酌加滋阴药,阳虚所致者用封髓丹纳气伏火可酌加温阳药,阴阳两虚所致者用潜阳封髓丹加减能滋阴助阳、调和水火。并附临床医案以佐证,以期裨益于临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fengsuidan decoction is originated from YU YAO YUAN FANG,which is an effective formula for flaming of deficiency fire syndrome. In Qing dynasty,Zheng Qinan put forward Fengsuidan decoction shows effective in treating flaming of deficiency fire syndrome,which expanded the function and application of Fengsuidan. In clinic,flaring up of deficient fire could be caused by both yin and yang deficiency. Fengsuidan has an mild feature,and modified Fengsuidan could be used in treating flaming of deficiency fire syndrome caused by yin deficiency,yang deficiency and deficiency of both yin and yang.
