【摘要】 用两种方法对收入满足度进行了整体测定与评价,一是比值法,实际收入与期望收入的比值;二是将收入满足度作为一个主观变量,将其划分为5个等级并赋值,完全不满足=1,不满足=2,较满足=3,满足=4,完全满足=5.对影响收入满足度的因素分项交叉制表分析,以多分类Logistic模型做相关与回归分析.结果表明,锦州市民收入满足度集中在较满足水平,家庭收入层次普遍较低,年龄、性别、学历、收入层次、收入差距是重要影响因素.建议缩小居民收入差距,增加居民家庭收入,提高高学历者薪酬,鼓励年轻人创业.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper entirely tests and evaluates income satisfaction with two methods,one of which is ratio method,namely the ratio of actual income to expected income,the other of which is to consider income satisfaction as a subjective variables,dividing it into five levels and assignments,completely not satisfied = 1,not satisfied = 2,comparatively satisfied = 3,satisfied = 4,completely satisfied = 5. And making cross tabulation and analysis of several factors affecting income satisfaction,conducting correlation and regression analysis with multi-classification Logistic model. The results shows that income satisfaction of citizens in Jinzhou concentrates on comparatively- satisfied level,and levels of household income is commonly low. Age,gender,education background,income level and income gap are important factors. It is suggested that household income gap should be reduced,household income gap should be increased and salaries of well- educated people should be increased,young people should be encouraged to start their businesses.更多还原
