【Abstract】 18th CPC National Congress and Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee require to reinforce the construction of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics by building a sound decisionmaking advisory system. Attention from top, formation of institutional environment and concept transformation of the government have significantly improved the demand condition of Chinese think tank development, thus drawing more society’s resources to think tank. In addition, practical research, improvement and work on some inherent problems are needed, in order to improve the research and decision-support ability of Chinese think tank, and form effective mechanism for the prosperity of it. Based on our think tank research and developing practices, ANBOUND will give viewpoints and suggestions on how to develop a high-level Chinese think tank from 8 aspects.更多还原
