地源热泵竖直地埋管管长计算影响因素分析

【摘要】 在地源热泵竖直地埋管管长计算中,存在着很多随机因素,这些随机因素会影响换热器管长的设计计算,进而影响工程的初投资。本文分析了影响地源热泵竖直地埋管管长计算的随机因素,基于地源热泵地埋管的可靠性设计方法,通过1个工程实例,在一定的失效概率下,分析了各随机因素对竖直地埋管换热器管长计算的定量影响,这种方法有利于检测影响换热器管长的主导因素。本文最后归纳出各随机因素的实际影响以及各影响因素的主次关系,为工程实际的设计提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 There are many uncertain factors in the calculation of vertical buried pipe length in ground source heat pumps( GSHPs),and these uncertain factors may influence the calculation and design of heat exchanger pipe length,and then affect initial project investment. This paper analyzed the uncertain factors that influenced GSHPs vertical buried pipe length calculation,and then analyzed the quantitative influence of various uncertainty factors on the calculation of vertical ground heat exchanger pipe length based on an engineering example and a reliability design method of GSHPs with a certain probability of failure taken into consideration. This method could help detect the main factors influencing the heat exchanger length. This paper finally concluded the practical impact and primary and secondary sequence of these various factors,providing certain reference for practical design.
