【摘要】 在我国国民经济中建筑业属于一项支柱产业,现阶段我国的房屋建设具有越来越高的发展水平,因此产生了非常大的房屋建设人才需求量。在建筑施工技术专业中房屋建筑实务属于一门专业基础课,该课程具有较强的实践性和综合性的特点。学生通过对房屋建筑实务课程的学习能够将民用建筑物构造设计的程序和基本原则掌握住;将建筑构配件的构造原理、类型和具体作用掌握住。利用其中的实践设计环节还能够使学生掌握设计中小型民用建设设计方案的能力。基于此,本文对房屋建筑实务课程教学实践改革进行了分析和介绍,希望能够对房屋建筑实务课程教学水平的提升具有一定的促进作用。更多还原
