辐流式沉淀池过水孔洞位置对沉淀效果的影响研究
The study on the location of the radial flow sedimentation tank’s water hole effect on the deposition effect
【摘要】 基于三维数值模拟,选取标准k-ε紊流模型,通过改变辐流式沉淀池配水井中过水孔洞位置,对池体内部的悬浮物浓度场、流体流场、配水区湍动能和悬浮物的去除率进行研究。研究分析表明,通过适当提高辐流式沉淀池配水井中过水孔洞位置,可以提高辐流式沉淀池的沉淀效率。
【Abstract】 Based on three dimensional numerical simulation,the selection standard k-εturbulence model,by changing the radial sedimentation tank with water in the well hole position,on the inside of the cell body suspended solids concentration field,fluid flow field,water area of turbulence kinetic energy and the removal rate of suspended solids were studied.Research and analysis show that by properly increasing radial sedimentation basin with water in the hole position,can improve the deposition efficiency of radial sedimentation tanks.
