江苏某化工园区纳管综合废水特性研究

【摘要】 江苏某化工园区综合废水多为园内各企业预处理后的排出废水,该种废水中污染物以难生物降解的有机污染物为主,还含有一定的有毒有害物质,因此使园区内集中废水处理厂稳定运行的关键之一是熟悉园区纳管综合废水的特性。通过现场调研及连续监测的方法,结合混凝沉淀、水解以及延时曝气试验,对园区内纳管综合废水的水质特性及变化规律进行研究,结果表明该化工园区综合废水水质波动明显且没有规律性,可溶性COD占总COD的80%左右,可溶性难降解性COD占溶解性COD的80%左右,单纯的水解难以提高该废水的可生化性。

【Abstract】 The integrated wastewater from a chemical industrial park(CIP)in Jiangsu was composed of the discharged wastewater from various enterprises.The pollutants from this kind of integrated wastewater were mainly composed of stubborn organic pollutants and there were some poisonous and harmful materials in this wastewater.As a result,one of the key points for stabling operation of wastewater treatment plant of CIP was to definite the characteristics of this kind of integrated wastewater.Through siting investigation and continuous monitor,the quality characteristics and changing principles of this kind of integrated wastewater from CIP were studied based on the experiments of coagulation and sedimentation,hydrolysis and extended aeration.The results showed that there was no varying principle of the quality of CIP wastewater;the dissolvable COD took about 80% of total COD;the stubborn dissolvable COD occupied 80% of total dissolvable COD.It would be hard for simple hydrolysis to improve the biodegradability of this kind of wastewater.
