南水北调中线输水水质水量变化特征及城市供水应对措施建议

【摘要】 南水北调中线一期工程通水一年来,工程运行平稳,在提高受水区城市供水保证率,提升居民饮用水品质,改善生态环境等方面发挥了积极作用。在总结中线工程运行一年来实际经验的基础上,研究了中线工程来水水质和水量特征。研究认为,中线来水水质总体优良,特别是浊度低、硬度低,但存在高温高藻和低温低浊两个特殊水质时期,对水厂正常运行产生不利影响;中线来水总量富裕,特枯年份年内分配过程不均,存在工程能力富余和特枯来水时期缺水的问题。针对中线工程来水特征和问题,提出了有关保障城市供水安全和充分发挥工程效益的建议措施。

【Abstract】 The middle route project of south-to-north water diversion,which has been regularly running for more than one year,provides lots of benefits to the northern cities,especially in improving urban water supply security and water quality,and enhancing ecological environment.On a basis of engineering operation and water quality monitoring,quality and volumetric characteristics of water provided by the middle route project were discussed in this work.Generally,the quality of the transferred water was quite good with low turbidity and low mineral content.However,algae bloom and low turbidity phenomenon would occurred to the transferred water under high and extremely low temperature,respectively,leading to the abnormal working of water plants.The total water quantity of the project was abundant,but the annual distribution of the project flow was uneven in special dry year.Therefore,excess capacity of water transfer and water shortage in specialdry period were exist.According to the characteristics and problems mentioned above,a series of suggestions and measurements were proposed to improve water supply security and the project benefits.
