【摘要】 通过文献综述识别出房地产企业进行绿色采购的制约因素,并通过设计调查问卷,邀请业内人士对各制约因素的相对重要性程度进行判断评分;通过聚类分析,将各制约因素按其影响程度和影响范围进行分类。研究发现房地产企业绿色采购的主要制约因素是缺乏市场利润和相关激励政策,以及绿色建材市场发展不完善等。基于此,提出促进绿色采购的相关对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper identifies restraining factors of green procurement in real estate enterprises through literature review. Then,investigates the relative importance between these factors through questionnaire survey which inviting the middle managers in Chongqing real estate industry. Finally,uses the hierarchical cluster analysis to classify the restraining factors on the level of significance and the scope of influence for individual barriers. The analysis results demonstrate that the main barriers to green procurement in the Chinese real estate business include little profit on market,lack of incentive polices,immature market for green building materials. Based on this,puts forward some suggestions to promote green procurement.更多还原
