住宅楼剪力墙混凝土分段置换加固技术

【摘要】 某住宅楼位于6度抗震设防区,施工至22层时发现,第20层局部剪力墙混凝土强度不达标。采用剪力墙加固方案,托换方案为分段凿除混凝土,并安装立柱作为永久支撑。加固工程5 d置换了7面剪力墙,保证了工程进度和施工质量,效果较好。

【Abstract】 A residential building is located in an area with 6-magnitude seismic precautionary intensity.During construction of 22 nd floor,it was found that the concrete strength of local shear wall on the 20 th floor was unqualified.Shear wall strengthening scheme was adopted,concrete was chiseled in segment to realize replacement construction and upright columns were installed as permanent support.The strengthening work replaced seven pieces of shear wall in five days and guaranteed construction schedule and quality,realizing favorable construction effect.
