冻融循环作用对混凝土毛细孔结构的劣化机制及改善措施
FREEZE-THAW CYCLE EFFECT ON DEGRADATION MECHANISM OF CONCRETE PORE STRUCTURE AND IMPROVEMENT MEASURES
【摘要】 通过对混凝土冻融后损伤、力学性能、孔隙特征参数、相对动弹性模量、强度等指标的研究分析发现:随冻融循环次数增加,混凝土的相对动弹性模量和强度逐渐降低,质量逐渐下降,力学性能损伤增大;2倍海水冻融后,混凝土的孔径参数增幅明显大于淡水冻融;随养护时间增加,混凝土的孔径参数不断降低。建议从加入引气剂、关注浆体质量、改善界面过渡区3个方面来降低冻融循环对混凝土的性能损伤。
【Abstract】 Through the concrete after freeze-thaw damage,mechanical properties,pore feature parameters and relative dynamic elastic modulus,strength index research analysis found that:with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete and strength will reduce gradually,the quality will gradually decline,mechanical damage;After 2 times water freezing and thawing,the aperture parameters of concrete is bigger than the growth of fresh water freezing and thawing;With the increase of curing time,concrete aperture parameters of coming down.At the same time,this article suggested from adding air-entraining agent,pay close attention to paste quality,improve interfacial transition zone of the three aspects,to reduce the freeze-thaw cycle on the performance of concrete damage.
