预应力OFBG-CFRP智能板加固RC梁试验研究及荷载效应分析
Experimental investigation and loading effect on reinforced concrete beam strengthened with prestressed OFBG-CFRP smart plates
【摘要】 初步应用内嵌光纤光栅应变感知元件的CFRP板开展预应力加固混凝土梁试验研究。首先,利用张拉反力架对利用碳纤维-光纤光栅拉挤成型工艺生产的复合板的感知性能进行了标定测试,得到了该智能部件的静态应变灵敏度,验证了感知元件与CFRP材料的协同变形能力。其次,基于OFBG-CFRP智能板对拟加固混凝土梁进行短期预应力损失测试,其应变数据与电阻应变片测试结果吻合良好,并以此针对新型夹片式锚具变形和CFRP板内缩值进行了修正。然后,进行了有黏结预应力CFRP板加固目标混凝土梁的加载破坏试验,验证了CFRP智能板及配套加固系统的加固效果。最后,理论推导了CFRP板监测应变与加固构件荷载效应关系,将其应用于目标混凝土梁加载全过程承载状态的反馈。试验结果表明,考虑到工程现场施工条件和人为因素,该智能部件可对加固系统进行原位测评,在此基础上,该系统能够对加固构件最不利荷载位置的承载状态实施监测与评估。
【Abstract】 Preliminary experimental study on reinforced concrete beams strengthened with smart CFRP plates embedded with fiber bragg grating sensor was carried out. Firstly,the self-sensing properties of the smart OFBG-CFRP plates,which have been manufactured by the pultrusion process were demarcated utilizing the tension reaction frame,to obtain the static strain sensitivity index,and verify the collaborative deformability between the sensor and the CFRP material simultaneously. In addition,the short-term prestress loss of the strengthened beam was demonstrated by the smart CFRP plates. The anchorage deformation and CFRP plates’ retraction value was revised for this novel wedgetype anchor. Finally,the static load test for a target reinforced concrete beam strengthened with bonding pre-stressed smart CFRP plate was performed,and the relationship between the tested CFRP strain and the load effect of the strengthened beam was deduced theoretically,which was applied for the feedback of the load-bearing of the whole process of the target beam. The experiment results show that the smart CFRP plates and the strengthening system presented in this paper work well; considering the in-situ condition and the human factors,the smart CFRP plate provides a convenient tool to evaluate the strengthening system in practice; on this basis,the load-bearing of most unfavorable load position for the strengthening member can be monitored and evaluated based on the proposed reinforcement system.
