可再生混凝土基本力学性能研究
Research on the Basic Mechanical Properties of Recycled Concrete
【摘要】 设计并完成了75块再生混凝土立方体试块和25块棱柱体试块进行立方体抗压强度试验,劈裂抗拉强度试验,轴心抗压强度试验,并以普通骨料制成的混凝土进行对比,研究了再生混凝土的强度与再生粗骨料取代率之间的关系。结果表明,再生混凝土的破坏形态主要分为明显裂痕,轻微裂痕,不明显三种,其中试件多数呈轻微裂痕破坏,破坏情况与普通试件基本一致,在水灰比相同的情况下,再生混凝土的抗压强度比普通混凝土强度高,抗压强度随取代率的增加而增强。再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度比普通混凝土强度低,曲线整体呈波浪型,再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度最低。
【Abstract】 75 recycled concrete test cubes and 25 block prism blocks are designed and completed for cube compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength test and axial compressive strength test. Through comparison with concrete made of normal aggregate, the relationship between the strength of the recycled concrete and the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate is studied. Results show that the damage form of recycled concrete is mainly divided into obvious cracks, slight cracks, and unapparent cracks, of which most specimens show slight crack damage, and has similar damage with normal specimens. Under the same water cement ratio, the compressive strength of recycled concrete is higher than ordinary concrete strength, and the compressive strength increases with the increase of the replacement ratio. The splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete is lower than normal concrete strength. The curve is wavy on the whole, and the recycled concrete splitting tensile strength is the lowest.
