【摘要】 运用模拟技术对X工厂的水龙头生产流水线进行模拟,通过模拟结果进行分析,找出该生产系统中的瓶颈问题并提出可行的改善方案,再次利用Flexsim建模,对改善方案进行多次改进,得到最终的改善方案,同时比较改善前后的模拟结果,验证改善方案的可行性,为X工厂生产系统的改善提供有效参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flexsim simulation technology is used in American straight faucet production line simulation of X factory, and the bottleneck problem in production system is found out through analyzing the simulation results, then the feasible improvement scheme is put forward.Using the Flexsim modeling again, we improve the scheme for many times, get the final improvement plan. At the same time, we compare the simulation results before and after the improvement, verify the feasibility of the improved scheme, offer valid reference to improve the production system for X factory.更多还原
