【Abstract】 Aiming at the employment difficulty of higher vocational students, this paper summarizes the key points of the teaching of garden engineering technology in higher vocational colleges from multi aspects including students, teachers, experimenter, counselor,engineers, and the general manager and forms a teaching frame of "direction oriented first year, skill oriented second year and marketing oriented third year". Taking the 2013 year gardening class as the teaching reform pilot, it guides students to write "three-dimensional employment recommendation" with practical action, which has stimulated the learning enthusiasm of the students and enhanced the employment of higher vocational students’ professional sense of accomplishment and self-confidence.更多还原
