高职园林工程技术专业教学“关键点”探索实践

【摘要】 针对高职学生就业难的实际,从学生、教师、实验员、辅导员、工程师和总经理的多重角度思考,梳理高职园林专业教学的"关键点",形成"一年级抓方向,适合最重要;二年级抓技能,喜欢最关键;三年级抓推销,行动硬指标"的教学框架,以园林13级为教改试点,引导学生用实际行动书写"立体就业推荐书",激发了同学们学习的积极性,增强了高职学生的专业成就感与就业自信心。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the employment difficulty of higher vocational students, this paper summarizes the key points of the teaching of garden engineering technology in higher vocational colleges from multi aspects including students, teachers, experimenter, counselor,engineers, and the general manager and forms a teaching frame of "direction oriented first year, skill oriented second year and marketing oriented third year". Taking the 2013 year gardening class as the teaching reform pilot, it guides students to write "three-dimensional employment recommendation" with practical action, which has stimulated the learning enthusiasm of the students and enhanced the employment of higher vocational students’ professional sense of accomplishment and self-confidence.
