工业工程实验教学课程体系研究

【摘要】 实验教学课程体系是实验教学的核心内容,是课程实验目标和实践创新能力培养实现的重要保障。根据工业工程学科体系变革要求、人才培养目标与教学体系内涵提出了面向未来工业工程学科发展需要的"三方向、三类别、四模块和三层次"的IE实验教学课程体系框架及其实验课程内容和逻辑关系。三方向为:加工制造、产业服务和绿色供应链;三类别为:设计与改善、分析与决策、过程控制;四模块为:效率与人因工程、生产及制造系统工程、现代经营工程和工业系统工程;三层次为:认知型实验、综合型实验和开发设计型实验。

【Abstract】 The experimental teaching course system is the core content of experimental teaching, and is an important guarantee to realize the course experiment target and practice innovation ability training. In accordance with the requirements of industrial engineering discipline system reform, the goal of talent training and the connotation of the teaching system, the "three directions, three categories and four modules and three levels" IE experimental teaching course system framework and its experiment course content and logical relationship orienting at future industrial engineering discipline development needs is put forward. The "three directions" refer to manufacture, service industry and green supply chain; "three categories" refer to design and improvement, analysis and decision making, process control; "four modules" refer to efficiency and ergonomics, production and manufacturing systems engineering, modern management and industrial engineering; "three levels" refer to the cognitive experiment, comprehensive experiment and designing experiment.
