在线分析系统通用故障诊断平台设计与实现

【摘要】 以无线传感器网络为基础,提出了在线分析系统通用故障诊断平台。设计了分层故障诊断机制、冗余传输网络机制、网络"脉动"机制以及网间动态切换机制提高系统性能。同时,给出终端设备和网关的硬件设计原理,无线节点和网关的主要软件功能,实现高可靠性和实时性的通用故障诊断平台。最后,给出该故障诊断平台的实际应用情况。

【Abstract】 A general fault diagnosis platform for online analyzer system based on wireless sensor networks is proposed. To improve the system performance, layered instrument fault diagnosis mechanism, redundant network formation mechanism, "pulsation" mechanism of network and dynamic switch mechanism for end nodes in different networks are designed. Meanwhile, the hardware principle of end nodes and gateway modules as well as main software functions of wireless nodes and gateways are presented to realize a general fault diagnosis platform with high reliability and real-time. Finally, the practical applications are presented.
