冲压空气涡轮地面试验台设计
Design of Ram Air Operated Turbine Ground Testbed
【摘要】 为了实现飞机风动泵系统稳定、精准工作的要求,提出了冲压空气涡轮由液压马达驱动的设想,通过采用PV变排量柱塞油泵的比例压力、比例流量控制,实现了对液压马达转速的精确控制,从而保证了风动泵系统和冲压空气涡轮性能测试能够可靠、稳定、精确地进行;文中对冲压空气涡轮地面试验台的系统组成、主要功能、工作原理及关键器件的选用进行了说明,给出了冲压空气涡轮地面试验台液压系统详细设计计算;结合工程实践,介绍了比例压力控制、比例流量控制的原理,并给出了实用控制线路;通过比例排量控制+压力补偿的方法,使液压马达转速达到较高的控制精度和良好的动态调节品质,经运行考验,完全满足某大型运输机的试验要求。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the aircraft pneumatic pump system stable and accurate work requirements,the strategy that the ram air turbine is driven by the hydraulic motor is put forward.Through the use of PV variable displacement plunger pump proportional pressure,proportional flow control,the precise control of the hydraulic motor speed can be achieved,so as to ensure the system of pneumatic pump and ram air turbine performance testing can he reliable,stable and accurate.In this paper the ram air turbine(RAT) ground test bed system composition,major functions,working principles and the selection of key devices of RAT ground test bed are illustrated.The design and calculation of the hydraulic pressure system are also provided for reference.Referring to the practical engineering situation,the principles of oil pump proportional pressure control and oil pump proportional displacement control are proposed,and the circuits are also provided correspondingly.By means of proportional displacement control and pressure compensation method,the speed of the hydraulic motor can achieve high control precision and good dynamic regulation quality,and can completely meet the test requirements of a certain type of large transport aircraft.
