【摘要】 心肾综合征(cardiorenal syndrome,CRS)是指心功能不全常常伴有肾功能损害,慢性肾脏病常可出现心功能不全,两者相互加重、相互影响,最终形成恶性循环,导致心肾功能急剧恶化,预后不良。笔者就CRS的定义和分型、流行病学特征、病理生理、早期发现及诊断与治疗新进展进行了系统性阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cardiorenal syndrome(CRS) refers to heart failure accompanied with renal impairment, or cardiac insufficiency often occurred in chronic kidney disease. Cardiac and renal diseases can aggravate and influence each other, eventually form a vicious cycle, leading to a sharp deterioration both in heart and renal function with poor prognosis. Recent progress in clinical research of cardiorenal syndrome about its definition and classification, epidemiological characteristics, pathological physiology, early detection and diagnosis, treatment were summarized in this paper.更多还原
