【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗食管贲门癌术后腹泻患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2014年10月就诊于我院的食管贲门癌术后腹泻患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组:口服或管喂双岐杆菌四联活菌片;治疗组:在对照组的基础上加用升阳益胃汤。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组患者临床疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤联合双岐杆菌能有效促进肠道功能的恢复,对食管贲门癌术后腹泻有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative medicine therapy on diarrhea after surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer. Methods 60 cases with diarrhea after surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer in the period from Jan., 2014 to Oct., 2014 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 30 in each; oral administration or tube-feeding of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets was made to all the cases in the 2 groups while Shengyang Yiwei Decoction was added to cases in observation group. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.0% while that in control group was 66.7%, there existed an obvious difference in clinical effect between the 2 groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Shengyang Yiwei Decoction plus bifidobacteriai can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal function and is of good effect on diarrhea after surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer.更多还原
