【摘要】 本文梳理了应用型大学进行综合改革的时代背景,分析了应用型大学进行综合改革的价值意义,探讨了应用型大学进行综合改革的预期目标,提出了应用型大学进行综合改革的实现路径,并以北京理工大学珠海学院为例,概要介绍了该校探索的以二级学院自主管理为中心、以全面预算管理改革为手段、以重心下移权力下放为核心的制度界权、学校放权、学院用权、分离监权从而权责明晰、放权有据、用权有度、监权有力、科学高效的应用型大学内部治理改革创新的"广东模式"——"学院式治理"。更多还原
