【摘要】 目的观察PKP术后联合不同抗骨质疏松药物治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法 112例骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折患者行PKP术,根据联合应用不同抗骨质疏松药物分为3(A、B、C)组,对比术前及术后3、6、9个月各组VAS评分、骨密度、再发椎体骨折情况。结果 3组术前及术后3个月VAS评分、骨密度无统计学差异,各组均未出现相邻椎体骨折;术后6个月A组VAS评分与B组和C组有统计学差异(P<0.05),骨密度无统计差异(P>0.05),A组第6个月时出现2例椎体骨折,B组、C组未发生;术后9个月A组VAS评分、骨密度与B、C组均有统计差异,B组与C组VAS评分无差异,但骨密度有统计学差异,B组第9个月出现1例椎体骨折,其它组未出现。结论 PKP联合应用抗骨质疏松药物可显著降低骨质疏松性脊柱骨折术后的腰背部疼痛及相邻椎体再骨折,增加骨质强度,在临床上不同时期可选择合理药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of PKP combined with different anti-osteoporosis drugs in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF). Methods112 patients with OVCF were treated by PKP. The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups(A B C)according to the combined application of different anti-osteoporosis drugs. The pain visual score(VAS),bone mineral density, bone fractures were compared in the three groups. Results There were no significant differences in VAS score and bone mineral density among three groups pre-operation and 3 moths after operation. No adjacent vertebral fractures occurred in all groups. 6 months after surgery, there were significant differences in VAS score between A group and B, C groups(P ≤0.05). There were no significant differences in bone mineral density. A group had 2 cases of vertebral fracture 6 months after operation, B group and C group were not observed. 9 months after surgery, there were significant differences in VAS score and bone mineral density between A group and B,Cgroups. VAS score had no difference between group B and group C, but there was statistical difference in bone mineral density, 9 months after operation,group B had 1 case of vertebral fracture and other groups did not appear. Conclusion PKP combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs in the treatment of OVCF can significantly reduce lowwaist back pain and vertebral fracture, enhance the bone strength,in different periods can choose reasonable clinical medication.更多还原
