【摘要】 为我国经济发展和企业产业升级培养具有较强工程实践能力的技术人才,宝鸡文理学院通过与企业密切合作,聘请工程技术人员进校参与实践环节教学,改进工程教育方式,使学生具有工程意识。组织安排学生进入企业一线实习、培训,使学生掌握实践技能和解决工程问题的方法。鼓励和支持教师进入企业产学研合作,为企业解决技术难题,实现互利双赢。通过多年实践,工程教育取得了较好的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To train up technical personnel with a strong practical ability for economic development and enterprises’ upgrading, our college has worked closely with enterprises, engaged engineers and technical personnel to take part in the practice teaching, and improved the methods of engineering education. It has developed the students’ project consciousness. Students have mastered practical skills and methods to solve the engineering problems by entering the enterprises to practice and train. We have realized mutual benefi ts by encouraging and supporting teachers to take part in industry-university research cooperation and solving technical problems for the enterprise.
