【Abstract】 Practice teaching is an important guarantee for cultivating innovative and applied talent of high quality administration. Currently the practice teaching of administrative management specialty is faced with many difficulties such as the unsatisfactory implementation of practice teaching outline and contents, the unreasonable use of practice teaching method, the imperfect evaluation mechanism of practice teaching, the imperfect norm of practice teaching mechanism and system.
