【Abstract】 Attention has been paid to the quality of college students’ employment,at present, there generally exist gaps between the personal expectations of college students’ employment and the reality of employment, the quality expectations of college students’ employment and the quality expectations of employers, the realistic employees’ quality of employers and the employment expectations, the reality of college students’ employment and the realistic employees’ quality of employers.
