【Abstract】 With the proposal of the concept of learning society and the concept of learning to care about others,the caring theory on the initiative of Neil Noddings has attracted much attention. It causes the reflection on teachers’ development. And the concept of educating people by people has been accepted by more and more educators. The inner self- restraint of teachers has new contents. Teachers’ teaching activities aim at realizing a rationalized situation. With sound self- efficacy,teachers’ teaching activities realize the self- sublimation from emotional caring to life consciousness in practice and the teachers’ professional development platform at a higher level,making education in individual life more significant and more valuable.更多还原
