【摘要】 超声医学已发展成为诊断和治疗兼备的现代医学影像学,对超声医学专业住院医师规范化培训提出新的要求。依据超声专业特点,我们首先引入导师负责制,从临床实践能力、教学能力以及科研能力等多方面对住院医师进行全方位、系统化培训;最后通过规范化的考核制度,保证住院医师的培训效果。同时对超声医学专业住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题及相应对策进行初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic medicine has developed into a modern medical imaging for diagnosis and treatment, which put forward new requirements for standardization training of resident in department of ultrasonic medicine. According to the discipline characteristics of ultrasonography, we first introduced tutor responsibility system and trained the residents from the following aspects: clinical practice ability, teaching ability and scientific research ability. Finally we establish standardized evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness. Here, the problems existing in the process of ultrasonic resident standardization training and preliminary countermeasures were also discussed.更多还原
