【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the connotation of MOOC,SPOC and flip the classroom.In addition,the condition for the education mode ’s hardware and software is also analyzed. Because of realizing the entire depth combine of the Internet information technology and education,the paper takes the student as the main body of teaching mode innovation.It is applicable for food engineering students to further explore new teaching mode.
