【Abstract】 Combined with the discipline development,the teaching methods and assessment methods of reform of the course of principle and technology of food freezing and cold store were described. The teaching methods were emphased on taking the student as the center and integration of heuristic way and interactive way and discussion and multimedia teaching methods,and promoting both teaching and learning.更多还原
