【Abstract】 The post "90s" and "00s" college students have stronger personalities than the older generations,and they are highly willing to express them.Guiding the students to maximally realize their values,while fully respecting their personalities is a hot focus in the contemporary education researches.Marine Science Class 091 of the School of Marine Science,Huaihai Institute of Technology,was entitled as the Provincial Outstanding Class.In winning this honor,the head teacher of the class played a role in six aspects:(1) being an diligent and hardworking example for the students;(2) leading the class with careful guidance and elaborate cultivation;(3) communicating patiently and with perspective taking,and acting as an intermediary agent among students,families,and the school;(4)carefully observing and coordinating the ever-changing relationship among students;(5)taking care of the mental wellbeing of students;(6)systematic guidance and assistance through students’ job seeking progress.更多还原
