【摘要】 基于河南师范大学化学化工学院承办高等职业学校教师素质提高计划项目化工与制药专业省级省内培训和企业顶岗培训、国家级国内培训和企业顶岗培训项目培训任务,对"国培计划"、"省培计划"等培训项目可持续发展进行有效的探索研究。依托制药工程专业的专业优势,充分发挥该专业"产学研相结合"的特色,整合校内外优质培训师资资源,结合化工与制药专业特点,在培训方案的课程安排上充分考虑专业知识结构的系统性、技能训练的实用性、培训学员的专业知识基础和能力水平,并精心选择合适的实践企业,切实落实好企业实践环节,培训效果良好。更多还原
