【摘要】 高校实验室文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,同时也是实验室建设的重要保障,本研究以上海某高校医学院2015届毕业研究生为调研对象,发现学生的家庭背景、实验室制度、实验室体量及文体活动是影响学生对实验室文化建设满意度的重要因素。该研究结果为医科实验室文化建设提供了可靠的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratory culture is an important part in campus culture. To study the cultural construction of laboratory in medical colleges,the survey was conducted on medical graduate students of Shanghai. It is demonstrated that four aspects are significantly correlated with laboratory cultural construction.
