【摘要】 现阶段全社会对于高校就业质量的关注度正在逐年提高,而高校整体的就业质量是由其内部各个二级学院的就业质量整合、协同而形成的。因此,如何在高校就业质量评估指标下,提炼出切实可行的二级学院就业质量评价体系,是推进高校就业质量提高的重要问题。为此,特选取北京某高校信息类二级学院进行了实践走访和问卷调研,总结提炼出了一套具有信息类二级学院就业质量评价特色的指标评价体系,以资借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The attention on employment quality of universities from the whole society nowadays have increased year by year,but the total employment quality of universities is the integration and cooperation from each secondary schools.Therefore,how to refine a practical evaluation system for employment quality of secondary schools in the condition of universities’ criterion on employment quality is an important issue for advancing the total employment quality of universities.For this reason,after interview and survey in selected information related secondary schools,we abstracted an evaluation and criterion system on employment quality with the information related secondary schools’ features as a reference.更多还原
