【摘要】 目的分析在中学生中开展烟包健康警示图片展览活动的效果,为探索学校控烟健康教育方法提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取福建省三明市区3所中学初三年级学生850人,对其开展烟包展览活动,并在展览前、后分别进行问卷调查和数据比较。结果在吸烟所致疾病方面,失明、阳痿的知晓率的提高最为明显,分别为50.23%和48.59%。在二手烟所致的疾病方面,低出生体重、儿童中耳疾病的知晓率提高最为明显,分别为44.47%和43.53%。对香港、台湾以及其他国家或地区的烟盒包装,知晓率由展览前的7.76%提高到92.24%。对国内烟盒上放置健康警示图标,支持人数达808人(95.06%)。结论烟包健康警示图片展览健康教育宣传活动能够提高中学生对吸烟及二手烟危害的认知水平。应及时总结经验,扩大宣传范围,不断探索开展烟草危害知识健康教育的有效途径,从而促进中学生吸烟行为的改变,达到降低吸烟率的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of exhibition activities of health warning picture on cigarette packets among middle school students, and to provide scientific bases for exploring the health educational methods of smoking control in schools. Methods Based on cluster random sampling, 850 junior graduate students were chosen from three middle schools in Sanming city center to implement the exhibition activities. Two times questionnaire surveys were performed before and after the exhibition, and the data were analyzed. Results In the respect of smoking caused diseases, the improvements of awareness rates in terms of blindness and impotence caused by smoking were most prominent, which were 50.23% and 48.59%, respectively. In the respect of secondhand smoking caused diseases, the improvements of awareness rates in terms of low birth weight and children’s middle ear diseases were most prominent, which were are 44.47% and 43.53%, respectively. The awareness rate increased from 7.76% to 92.24% about cigarette packets in Hongkong, Taiwan and other areas. A total of 808 people(with a proportion of 95.06%) were in favor of putting the warning icons on cigarette cases in China. Conclusion Exhibition activities of health warning picture on cigarette packets can improve the cognitive level of smoking and secondhand smoke harms for middle school students. We should summarize experiences in time, expand the publicity, and continue to explore the effective way of propaganda and education of tobacco harms, prompt the change of smoking behavior, to finally reduce smoking rates.更多还原
