【摘要】 目的了解合肥市中小学教师6类健康问题素养水平的现状,探讨提高教师健康素养水平的途径和方法,为制定和评价中小学教师健康素养政策和干预措施提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,在合肥市7县(市)区对学校教师进行问卷调查。结果合肥市中小学教师6类健康问题素养水平由高到低依次为科学健康观(83.6%)、安全与急救(71.9%)、传染病防治(54.6%)、慢性病防治(50.1%)、健康信息(48.2%)和基本医疗(17.2%)。城区教师具备健康素养水平与乡镇教师以及男性教师具备健康素养水平与女性教师比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而年龄和文化程度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论要加强对中小学教师在基本医疗、健康信息、慢性病防治健康素养的知识宣传教育,树立并提高教师健康意识和自我保健能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current knowledge state of six categories health literacy among primary and secondary school teachers in Hefei, explore the ways and methods to improve the level of health literacy of teachers, for the development and evaluation of teachers’ health literacy policies and interventions. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted in 7 counties(cities) of Hefei to carry out a questionnaire survey among school teachers. Results Health literacy levels among these teachers from high to low were as following: scientific health view(83.6%), safety and first aid(71.9%), infectious disease prevention and treatment(54.6%), chronic disease prevention and treatment(50.1%), health information(48.2%), and basic medicine(17.2%). There was no statistically significant difference of health literacy level in urban teachers and their rural counter partners(P>0.05), and the same pattern was observed between male and female teachers(P>0.05). However, the age difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) as well as the degree of education(P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested to implement health education programs for these teachers that focus on areas including basic medical knowledge, health information, knowledge of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, and establish and improve their health consciousness and the capability of self-care.更多还原
