基于水势理论的花生真空干燥特性分析

【摘要】 基于水势理论建立了种子真空干燥的数学模型,模型能反映真空度、干燥温度对干燥过程的影响。在分析真空干燥机制的前提下,通过水势理论模型研究了真空干燥过程中含水率随真空度和干燥温度的变化规律,并通过真空干燥花生种子实验对该模型的模拟计算结果进行了验证。研究结果表明,干燥速率与真空度和干燥温度成正比。

【Abstract】 The mathematical model for seed vacuum drying established based on the theory of water potential can reflect the impacts of vacuum level and drying temperature to the drying process. Under the premise of the analysis of the drying mechanism in vacuum drying process and by exploring the regular pattern via water potential theoretical model in which the moisture content is changing along with the vacuum level and drying temperature during drying process, the results has been verified by simulation calculation of the model for experiment of vacuum drying of peanut seed. The findings show that the drying rate is directly proportional to the vacuum level and drying temperature.
