【摘要】 目的探讨精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年9月-2015年12月在本中心接受IVF-ET治疗的176例不孕夫妇的临床资料,采用改良精子染色质扩散实验(SCD)对丈夫精液标本行精子DFI检测,根据精子DFI值将上述IVF-ET患者分为A组(DFI<30%)和B组(DFI≥30%),比较两组的受精率,卵裂率,优质胚胎率和临床妊娠率。结果 A组的受精率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A组和B组的卵裂率,优质胚胎率和临床妊娠率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论精子DNA碎片指数影响IVF-ET的受精率,对胚胎质量和临床妊娠率无显著性影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI) on the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods A total of 176 cases of infertile couples to the center for the treatment of IVF-ET from September 2015 to December 2015 were included in the retrospective analysis. They were divided into A group(DFI<30%) and B group(DFI≥30%) according to the value of sperm DFI,that detected by the modified sperm chromatin dispersion test(SCD) on the husband’s semen. The results were evaluated by comparing fertilization rate,cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups. Results The fertilization rate of A group was significantly higher than that of B group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). While the cleavage rate,high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions Sperm DNA fragmentation index affects the fertilization rate of IVF-ET,and has no significant effect on the quality of embryo and pregnancy rate.更多还原
